Scope: All software architecture services, codebase refactoring, and technical consulting rendered by SmartDesignShift (located at Dorfstraße 24, 88662 Überlingen, Germany) are governed by these Terms of Service.

Project Deliverables: Deliverables are specified in individual service modules and project manifests. Codebases are delivered fully tested and documented in secure repository structures as agreed upon contractually.

Payments & Stripe Links: Payments processed via Stripe or direct bank transfer must adhere to agreed milestone manifests. All prices quoted exclude statutory VAT where applicable.

Our website uses local storage and lightweight functional cookies to remember your cookie consent preferences and secure your browsing container session. You can configure your browser to reject all cookies, though certain navigational features may be impaired.

Due to the custom-engineered nature of software codebases and architectural consulting, refunds are evaluated on a per-manifest basis. If a project is cancelled prior to code sprint initiation, a proportional refund of unallocated milestone deposits may be issued. Once code delivery and deployment have occurred, deposits are non-refundable.
